Haha, I was there, one of the soldiers he inspected. It was so hard to keep from laughing when he stopped a couple of meters down from me and took a long hard look at some of the guys.And to the people saying that the people who thought of this must have smoked joints and so on... I've heard Major Egelien's speak about the history of the guard and talked to him myself, and he's a very cool guy indeed. Eccentric, I believe is the term which fits him best. Great sense of humor though. :-p
