Yes, there have been. Anthrax attacks in America, the 7/7 bombings in London, the Madrid bombings and the countless attacks on American troops, military bases, and embassies around the world. This, despite his promise to "rid the world of evil doers".And regarding "keeping us safe" what about the terrorist attack that he didn't prevent? The one he was warned about by every intel agency and numerous other countries and did nothing to stop? Remember that one? 9/11 I think it's called.
