i work the doors and i use the stomp technique daily i cant legally punch them in the face so a good front push kick is excellent, no guards no bollocks just lean into it and force out your leg i find that when your foot makes contact if you force your leg like when you leg pres you can easily knock a 15 stone man down cheers for the vid

A friend of mine was attacked by a couple of girls once because he didn't support their team. They know most lads won't hit them back so they abuse it. Girls in this country are becoming increasingly moronic and spoilt in this way. It'd be nice if your videos could convince the police and the public that men should be allowed to defend themselves against ANYONE, not just other men. It's a ridiculous double standard. I know I would always defend myself, man or woman.

This stomping with your weight is part of forward stopping karate. I have fought a friend of mine, sparring, who does this a lot.Quite powerful and almost impossible to block.He actually taught me the sidekick yesterday.(he say my tkd sidekicks were weak)
