Your battery is weak and the wingspan and the AR ration is not high enough. The wing itself is too short sompared to how much thrust the electric motor provides. Anywise, I think you really didn't every rely on aerodynamic rules, did you? Anyways, nice time building it.

nice i'm thinking in making one too :P if i may suggest, try to glue some fibre to the plane for it to be more resistant that transparent fibre i dont know the English word brush the glue all over it and it will be more resistant to shock and still light
