As soon as he has approach lights in sight, he can descend 50ft below DA. At that point, if he has the runway environment in sight he can maneuver for a normal landing. If not, he's gotta go missed. I would say it looked just fine

Sammy... If your an instrument rated pilot... What makes you think they passed the MDA? I doubt very much there was an MDA........... Since this was an ILS approach and therefor would have a DA!!!
