I don't think the song is too long cos it just drives along nicely without getting boring. I reckon its just the slow-moving video that makes it drag here to be honest. Listen to it in your car while driving for the desired effect! Wasn't crazy about the video, but its a quality track from a quality band.

Midlake are rapidly becoming one of my favourite bands ever. They have found such a lovely, lush warm sound sound and the songwriting on Trials of Van Occupanther is something very very special... Thanks for posting this worldsfair...

Jeez - is that Nastasja Kinski? Well it's perfect anyway. I feel that all these Midlake atmospheric timeshifted videos augment the songs somewhat too! Anyone else?Love this. And the rest.

Have to agree with the first guy - really good song, but could do with being 2 minutes shorter.
