Hello ajwf3 :)I provided a link in the info box 2 the page that has 1 of Monroe's techs on it if your interested.As for reading & understanding the books u mentioned it really depends how advanced spiritually u r,what makes sense 2 me will most probably not make sense 2 the many people only at the beginning of their spritual journey, which is why alot of material u come across needs 2 be re-read again once u have gained a better understanding of yourself & this reality.Peace Pete

Interesting thanks for posting. You're rightabout Robert Monroe, although he doesn't go into too much depth about techiniques to induce OBEs he includes a dizzying amount of detail about what he experienced. Reading Far Journeys and Ultimate Journey is almost too much sometimes. It is hard to follow any logic as the books become more distant from our own familiar normality. Which parts is relevent to our own understanding, I don't know. Maybe all, maybe not much. Good luck dude.

I've had so many of the experiences I lost count long ago and now I'm 54. I had mostof these experiences when I was younger butthat is because I was conciously trying to doit after the first time. I still try on ocassion to do it but most of the time they arespontaneous. I also read Robert Monroe's booksespecially liked Journeys Out Of The Body. These experiences have been reported for thousands of years by untold numbers of people. It proves to me that we never die,just change!!

Hello again LS :)Indeed our body is much like a space suit.Yes many places are as physical as what we experience here on Earth, however there are other places such as the spirit world which is made from light alone, this world looks similar to ours but is much more beautiful & has colours & energy that we do not have here.Peace Pete

your welcome buddy :) yeah its an amazing feeling to actually know there is life after the body stops working to know i am not my body but something far greater than that , our bodies are simply how do i put it containers for the soul in other words we cannot exist in this reality unless we got bodies but what i noticed is that wherever you are whether its on earth the astral or other dimension everything looks as phsyical as our world as real
