Should people be able to avoid the risky trap when pricing shooting up for something that they may escape when they sell earlier than others. The organizations make them compete and award only insiders and the sharpest. It was a casino business folks. Macau makes more money than Hong Kong. Why? Winner are the forerunner psychology.

Banks have thought it through so you can use these people to drive up demands so cash would be available for top people to oversea investments. Remember they were the one who played the magic boom and burst. They know the psychology when you can't afford and are desperated.

They had good intentions to begin with. Obama and Clinton were doing what they thought it was good. The Bush administration went over board. Bush would also encourage other nations around the world to give such loans to low income people. Democrats are not the only ones at fault.
