Mine used to do that, stretch the top of ur hips and the inside of them by training ur splits, its a flexibility thing, or was for me anyway.

Wow! Amazing!I still have one problem doing my 540's. I can do everything perfect, except for when I do it, I always do a crescent kick for some reason. Any tips on how to make it like a roundhouse kick? I just can't seem to get it at the moment.

ok man , thnx for the reply , eventough my tornado kick is pretty much good , but i'll use my arms :).din't use them before so maybe it'll help. Thnx :)

this is pretty much a bad way to start learning how to 540. u just gotta train ur tornado kick. but pretty much, the only tip i can give u is use ur arm to swing from top to bottom. thats what gives u height. the rest is up to u.

goddamn , i just can't get the right landing position !!! any tips ? i tuck me leg in and all , but it just won't work , how long did it take you guyz to master it ? i'm gonna put everything in it to master it , everything works exept the goddamn landing :( |
