I've been astrally travelling from around 8 years old, only the past 9 years did I realize it had been actually documented and what I was doind wasn't weird, I'm 35. What a revelation for me. I have had only a few experiences the past few year. I believe this is down to other stresses etc, and it has left me, but still feels close. Sleep paralysis is initially scary, however when you realize this means you're in the correct state for travelling, then the paralysis actually creates an excitement!

i've had an obe, the other side feels way more "real" and normal then here, its home. I've had sleep paralysis too its totally different scary is the best way to put it more like someone else is in your room standing over top of you.

my uncle went to the monroe institute alot before he died.they make tapes you can listen to while you fall asleep that teach you how to control your dreams.

this happen to me before it not that bad i never really looked at my self but i felt a shiver and you can fell detached from ur body this only happen when i think about my child hood or some shit

mizsouthwick when you are paralyzed your consciousness stops sending signals to your physical body and transfers focus to your Etheric double AKA spritual body, at this point its all about thought. If you imagine your self coming out of your body, you will get an intense pull feeling and project, weird how "thought" is responsible for this but its true. If out of you body if you imagine a coffee cup it real look extremely and visually real, in the etheric/obe state thoughts are extremely power |
