It's possible that it might not have been the law at that time (emphasis on MIGHT). Additionally, the doc never looked at Penny's back or arm, which doesn't say much about him as a doctor.

That's not true. Doctors DO have an obligation to report any suspicion of child abuse or neglect. Just like teachers. A child with that much injuries in real life would not have left the hospital without a social worker being called.

Right. "Good Times" had six seasons, and the easiest way to get your clips yanked offline is uploading a bunch of clips from the same show, let alone the same season. That's why I try to keep mine under five minutes, and no more than two scenes per show. But with syndicated shows, that's kind of hard to do. |
