Africa is still a developing nation dont you think that it is reasonable to presume that in a nation where education for someone can be as basic as a blackboard and word of mouth the educational levels will be lower then a school in a economically developed country who has access to the internet, media from around the globe, up to date texts book and visits from experts in differant fields.

Look I know not all are bad but sometimes you have to put aside the logical way to feel and just get down to reality blacks as a majority at least the ones around me act that way so after a while I just have to buck up and look at them diffrently.
