they have almost identical structures, don't try to deny it. they just tweaked it a bit, and made it in my opinion far worse .

Yeah, they were the first, yet they didn't intentionally instigate visual kei; their influence (at least appearance wise) was glam rock, and very westernized.And although they do look upon themselves today as once being visual kei, at the time they were doing it in the 80's, it was glam and metal, tbh.You win, good sir.

Oh, for the love'a...... -_-;X was the initiator of visual kei. Of _course_ all other VK bands after are going to have similarities to them, and will speak of them as their inspiration. Because X Japan was. the. first. Everybody got it? S'ka. Sugoi! ^_^ Can we go on with our lives, now, plz?

Hide is. All the others - Yoshiki, Toji, Issuey, and Toshi, are the originals though.
