Northern Ireland was set up as a direct response to the 1919 election in which the people voted overwhelmingly for a break with Britain. When we protested we were threatened with 100,000 troops. Then there is the Gerrymandering u lot did. No i know more about democracy than u.

I know that the majority of people who live in Northern Ireland wish to be British, so we will be British until this changes. Its called a democracy. Even SF have now admitted it, (Are you stupid?) And pride of Ulster means i have pride in and i love my country, you should try having in pride in something instead of just bitching.

Your leaders had to surrender, because they realised they couldnt defeat democracy, while the majority of people in Northern Ireland wish to be British citizens then you cannot change their nationality. And the militant campaign was a lost cause from the start. The IRA killed women and children, but when the Loualists proved they would be equally ruthless this stopped the IRA from ever gainning political leverage through violence.
