this is my favourite part of the movie, a love scene with no sex. And man it's a powerful look her gives her when there staring at each other, Steve McQueen the best on screen actor ever

You are probably right, it's been ages since I last saw it. Pity though, it would be a better script idea - their looks suggest that they actually see each other *in a romantic way* for the first time.

No! Watch the film again - they know each other from the beginning. Earlier in the film Bullitt visits her at her workplace where she asks him to help her with the printing of one of her jobs - they meet later at this restaurant for dinner.

yea great scene indeed ! But the movie is full of those little scenes that dont really contain alot of story but they just fit in perfectly !

Bullitt has got to be one of the best top ten films of all time, and this scene has alwazy been on of my favourites - brilliant jazz tune.

hey jamie1402, im also 23 and this has bn one of my fav. movies since i turned 18!!! i ve always had a thing 4 mr mcqueen:) haha xxxxx this is also one of my fav. scenes in the movie...godddd....they dont make movies like these anymore!xxxx im proud 2 say i own this on dvd!:)
