You can fly it locally as long as there is enough room for take off and landing. Also you want to make sure there are not people in the flight zone.

i am thinking about buying this, as it will be my fist RC plane i don't know much about whats allowed.Can you fly this in local areas??

The F-22 is still a faster airplane. Keep in mind that the A-10 is not built to be a speedster. The A-10 in real scale is a slow flying jet. We kept the speed pretty scale as well. Thanks!
