it is cooked using the steam. The 30 minute cook time is a bit much but it doesn't use as much fuel as you might think since the stove is turned to its lowest setting after the water in the bottom is boiling. I only use this on shorter trips of less than 3 days.

Looks like a BOILED pizza not vary apitizing. Plus 30 min to cook that would use a lot of fuel.

Seems like a lot of work for a meal on the trail. Plus the 30 min cook time. Just my 2 cents
