Not to be picky, but Scott Reitz has been invited to teach firearms to GIGN. I think it is more of guest instructor deal. GIGN and Germany's GSG9 are really competent. But I do agree that LAPD, especially SWAT is top of the game.

Actually European police are no better as they operate under same rules set by their citizen. So according to your logic, they are thugs. As for Mayday incident, LAPD learned alot and has improved their training. But I guess protestors threatening police officers is acceptable. |
