Just saw a vid on how people are getting into this profession in Russian coffee houses. How it's a growing art form there. And it's already being replaced by technology. Amazing invention.. but damn this world.

lah-teyHope that helps...yeah, its a neat idea, but the time it takes to make the art is a bit long. Could you imagine a line of customers at a coffeeshop waiting for that?I just stick to the standard pour latte art, i never cared for toothpick-ed latte art because it takes away from the actual skill it takes to make it. (granted, i understand that the creme of the shot and the milk has to be steamed/frothed almost perfectly for good art.)
