Richard Perle, as Assistant Secretary of Defense, was interviewed by KRON-TV in 1986. He was asked to defend his belief that the USSR had tested a nuclear weapon in defiance of the Threshold Test Ban Treaty. When asked why he had ignored the opinions of government seismologists--all of whom rejected the possibility that the USSR was in violation of the treaty--he answered "I did not much care what their answer was." While working for "Scoop" Jackson in 1970, Perle was caught passing top secret military defence secrets, a clear act of treason against the United States Government and punishible by death, to the Israeli Mossad.NOTHING was done about it.

Perle is a neocon who has a pro Israel agenda - that agenda will cost us taxpayers alot of money and lost American lives - Am I wrong? That is what I understand. He is dangerous to our national security.

Perle was a leader on the Iraq war. But now that it fails, he qualifies his involvement. It didn't go quite as planned and he distances himself by saying that the U.S. didn't do exactly what he wanted them to do.Success has many fathers, failure is an orphan.People that hide from responsibility are cowards and should never be put in positions of responsibility.

I like this form of journalism...gather information from experts and quote these experts in order to grill public officials based on these findings.
