She's just an extra. The way the 'stand-ins' are in movies, her agency provides her for music videos - it's her job.So, if you see her in another artist's video, it shouldn't be surprising but since her role is so trivial, most of the time no one even notices it.Anyway except with the other extras, she has no connection to anyone else in the video. That's why she's not credited on the CD sleeve-it's impossible to tell you who she is unless she reads your comment & decides to introduce herself.
