ya man for sure, sparta is way better to listen to if u just wanna chill and rock it out. TMV u rly gotta be in the mood for. Both r good imo, but nothing cloose to what atdi was, at least for me. I think whoever listened to ATDI b4 they broke up would agree. I notice most ppl that listen to TMV and go back to ATDI usually like TMV more.

That's so not true, each band has it's own power and SParta rocks so much harder than The Mars Volta. TMV are much more experimental I give you that, but if you wanna go crazy and rock your ass out Sparta is way better.
