Who cares how low they are flying ,there in Italy or small town France were there are more pilots than cars for heaven sakes. I,m sure every one in town knows them ya bum! Legalist,were you born free or do you love to be bound by uncle sam

You are flying way to low- flying like this in the us can result in a large fine. FAR says not to fly below 2,000ft. in communities such as these.

In England you need a D licence, but you wont keep it long if you fly like an irrisposable idiot.If he has an engin out at that high he has nowhere to go but down into one of thoes building, and as a QFI I would reprimand him,it's great fun but also dangerous and unforgiving if you get it wrong,so if you learn in England, you will learn about the 500 foot law, for your saftey as well as others.
