well yes but the average gamer, one who only really cares about the main characters and world, will not care about such things, there is no chrono lucca marle or robo (thought all the characters server small roles, or have "spiritual successors" in ways) and the world is unreconizable, and of course the time travel part isnt acually time travel, more like demension travel :D

actually its very heavy connected to chrono trigger, reasons and what not. The reptiles where the reason most of the stuff happen the way it did in this one. The dragons where part of the reptiles, i would tell you all more but it would only ruin the game.

it kinda is, but if you plan on playing it dont play it like that, it has very very little connection to trigger, and you will be disappointed in that sense, but its still a very decent game.

Yes, I've never played cross. But I believe Cross is the sequel to Trigger.

They totally stole music from BRAVE FENCER MUSASHI. Brave fencer musashi has that same calming music but awsome at the same time. a little better then this.
