The way to think about it is "step on the ball" If the ball is on the left, then you apply left rudder to recenter it.

KDWH is the place to learn my buddy just opened a flight school there and you can rent the planes wet (fuel) with an instructor for about 100 to 130 depending on which plane you want to rent... go to craigslist and find a home near the airport for house sitting and find a job at a gas station on nights you can learn pretty quick that way.........

Correct. You use the turn coordinator to ensure that you are using a coordinated turn, as he demonstrated. The rule is "step on the ball" : if the ball drifts left, you need more left rudder. Similarly, if the ball drifts to the right side, you need more right rudder.

Ah, so when you roll into turn, you want to keep the ball (nose) in the center with the rudder pedals, correct? So if it's too far to the right then you need a little left rudder to center the nose again? I'm a little confused and I want to start PPL training soon and I've already done a TIF flight in a Piper Cherokee 140.Any reply to confirm this would be nice, thank you from an Aviation enthusiast.

They got lesson somewhere in Wisconsin, and only wanted to know how to fly the plane, and then they stopped. Don't you think the people should have said something?
