I thought the idea was cool to have the built in speakers, but all I did was go to the nearest electronic store and buy a portable speaker that plugs into your mp3. Cost me 20 bucks. Amazing.

i had one then returned it,, theres one out by toshiba with built in speakers its called the gigabeat

Get windows media player 11 ( It includes updates for the k5 ), connect the k5 with your usb and connect it to your computer, right click on my computer, properties, hardware, device manager, find your k5 ( should have a yellow question mark next to it, double click it, select update drivers, wait for it to finish, enjoy your k5

it mite have an RTC error, in which case just leave it be for a few days then try turning it on and everything will work again!

hey, i haveone off my mate and i cant seem to put my songs in it, how did u get the thing going? i got a USB and when i plug it said "unknown device" and i downloaded the samsung software but wont let me click on the portable thing, its all dull, plz help.

they didn't overlook this. it was done on purpose. samsung works with microsoft and they don't want to promote macs.
