I have lucid dreams almost every night. I think it's because I always write down what I dreamed and sometimes sketch them. I'm also a really deep sleeper. It might help to sleep on your back. I try not to because I'll usually have sleep paralysis along with an out-of-body experience which scares the crap out of me. I don't understand why people like OBEs. They make me feel like I'm dying or being abducted by aliens lol

loads of websites are charging tonnes for binaural beats, i wanna try some. And im terrified of lucid dreams, i used to have them as a youngster and i just tried to get out of it. I guess it was a lucid nightmare.

Theta waves are proven to induce conciousness and creativity which is essential to lucid dreaming.so I would suggest searching for binaural beats with theta waves:]

I feel the same way!!! I tried it for 3 minutes until someone disturbed me and my whole body felt completely relaxed.(even though I did noticed that my heart was beating faster?)
