Nice try, suzyQ, but I don't think that mlodata is the type to appreciate enlightenment. NH and Marah are ubercool, your probably pretty neat yourself...

Um, that's Nick Hornby. He's one of the best contemporary authors. Maybe you saw High Fidelity which accurately transported the story from London to Chicago but kept the essence. Here he's reading a wonderful essay about discovering and loving music. His books always reference music so seamlessly that it's like a soundtrack going through your head while you read the books. Listen again. You can tell he cut it short because the band was getting restless, but I loved it.

I've just discovered your fantastic Marah videos. Great, great band. I was at this particular show and it brings it all back. I love the energy you capture with your shooting style. I think I'm way too careful and ordered to film a band in this way and get such good results, though I'd love to try. I hope you keep up the good work. It's an excellent way to promote Marah, and a treat for fans like me. Thank you.
