I was laying down and felt my self totally relaxed ,i felt very heavy and started to sink down and was getting dark like sinking in deep water but i could hold my self there as to sink tofar but i could have if I want ed to,i started to get scared and awoke even though I wasent asleep. I was releived but toatally drained, Can ant one tell me what this was,felt like if let go i was going to die?

Be careful, the 4th dimension or astral plane is filled with ass holes who want to trick you and make you work for them, tell them to fuck off and teleport back to where you started. If Jesus comes up to you or some angel, family member, ask them if they're a deceptive reptilian and yes, "Tell them to fuck off" cause more than likely they are. Yea, no doubt, the easiest way to experience an OBE or Lucid dream is to get your ass up at 5 am read and then lie down and meditate with very slow breathing exercise, you feel when your body shuts down on you, embrace the scary paralyses state and don't panic if you hear voices or animal growling during this initiation state. always test reality, try to fly in every dream, so you can induce an out of body experience during a dream as well. Don't mind the reptilians and lower astral entities
