are there people in the us who still label an artist with an ecologist attitude as a 'communist'...? boy, what year is this? 1950? communism was a failure and died away, but square people seem to linger on and multiply... carole king is lovely and eventually might be tagged as 'naive' sometimes, but let's not talk nonsense. she's 100 percent american pop culture and i love her for that.
