I guess I've never seen anybody play the piano like he did! Even watching Ray Charles playing it is boring compared to Happy!I'm happy that he and Vestal are together now!God bless you, Happy!

Rusty died in 1990 and Sam died 11 months later; if you ever get the DVD "Old Friends" youll see the Happy Goodman Familys last ever performace; compare the Rusty Goodman there to the old videos here; its amazing he even tried to sing at that state. |
