EVERYTHING communicated electronically in the USA is constantly watched, GPS location tracked, listened to, recorded to digital media to be stored FOREVER, voice identified, and thoroughly sifted by computers and humans for any signs of political dissent. The programs allowing such intrusive monitoring were authorized "to prevent terrorism", which is a lame excuse, considering the ONLY entity with the equipment, means, and motive to have planned and carried-out 9/11 was the U.S. government.
