The maiden voyage of a giant scale WWII warbird is a time of great excitement and anticipation for both the builder and the test pilot. It can also be a time of great frustration.During the test flight of this Giant Scale Corsair, the ailerons developed 'flutter' (high frequency vibration) which caused a loss of control and the resulting crash. And for all you teenagers out there, if the music seems dated, the video was made in 1990.

Its obvious, this plane just got tired of flying, and crased on its own.

Maybe it was the pilot's hand and not the ailerons that developed "flutter" after that lo-o-ong bout of hand-starting!;-)
