Hey JackJoe.. It really depends on your system. For optimal performance, you should overclock both. If you are running a current gen processor, you should be fine. the CPu won't be the bottleneck in the system. Good luck.

What version of ATITool do you use? The version I got looks nothing like yours and doesn't have a temp. monitor :(

now i have the C2D e6750, did everything u said, but i didnt get any results, did i do something wrong? almost same setup, just different Graphics card and using stock cooling, i know bad.
