Thanks for the video, I was trying to find out what this spider was. I saw this spitting image of these last night while I was watering the yard; it was wandering the yard. The thing was between 3 and 4 inches long and quick as hell. Thanks again, awesome video!

I kept one, one summer in a tub, it built a flat web at the bottom and i dropped anything i could find to it. It could easily kill and eat anything including flies, wasps, other spiders often the same size (which i put down to home ground advantage), and various beetles. It even fought a devils coachman. good times :)

yup.. one of these fuckers ran across my kitchen floor earlier... they freak the shit out of me. I didn't kill it though, just baracaded myself in my room and let it do its thing for the night lol

Hehe I have one in my garden and I named her evelyn. My friend also has one in his garden shed and she it is called alfred! (Even though it's obviously a female). Big spiders

That spider sure can take off quick. Did the Pill Bug survive? They are armored pretty well |
