d) i'm at the very beginning of the oobe phase but it's crystal clear that everybody can reach it. Some are talents and are reaching it within weeks or month. Some are beginners and have to take a long learning curve (years). For people with strong anxieties about it and rigid belief systems (THIS CAN NOT BE), it's much harder to reach the goal because their mind will be a strong barrier. With an open mind and a deep interest in it, it seems to be much easier.Good luck

c) you can use some "helpers" that supports you. they cant do the job for you but they can support you until a certain level. Helpers can be "binaural beats". Search for Hemi Sync (from the Monroe Institute, but it's expensive) or google for Sbagen it's a free tool. It's abound specific sounds that helps to train the brain for specific "behaving" (right and left brainpart).

b) Get in touch with OOBE material. Read books and try to use methods from Robert Allan Monroe, Robert Peterson and others. This is far more difficult (seems to me) than the lucid dreaming part. So you need a deep interest in this topic to advance. It can took many months or even years to have first success. And there can be setbacks where you dont have the disciplin or energy for "training"

a) Just get in touch with the material thats out there. Start with practicing lucid dreaming (read books and use methods from Paul Tholey, Stehpen Laberge and others about Lucid Dreaming). If you have managed it to have lucid dreams on a regular basis (this can take some months) go on to OOBE practicing.

An easy way to leave the body is to simply not move when you wake up in the morning and try to just relax back to sleep while imagining movement in some direction. This mental simulation of movement usually helps spur the vibrations and rushing noises. After these odd phenomenon stop, just think of rolling off of your bed and your energy body will do that. Feeling yourself slowly descend and touching the carpet below you is always a good indication that you are out if you can't see.
