This is a Tae Kwon Do 540 Kick so before you start ebashing me keep in mind that there are several different ways to do a 540 depending on your martial arts style. In TKD alone ther are over 10 different variations to a 540, im teaching the 540 roundhouse kick version the way i was taught and has worked for others around me. So please keep your negative comments to yourself. I also apologise if ive prononced anybodys name wrong in the video.This is for anyone who wants to learn how to do a 540kick. Some tips first.-Streach out thoroughly.-Wear some loose clothing-Do not attempt this under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.-Any additional questions, email me at blackbeltbob_01@yahoo.comOne last note, this is meant to be a demonstration kick, it is highly improbable to do this kick in an actual fight. it would be best to just stick to the basics like 360's or strait roundhouse kicks.

its good but u better learn the roundhouse kick 540 cuz then later on you can do a 540 hook and so on...
