i had my palm plane for a long time and it always worked excellet although sometime there were little failures which were easy to fix with a little bit of glue of tape. unfortunately now the main cable to the engine died and so my palm Z died

you can get a signal booster that you put on the back of the remote, im not sure how much further it makes it but i know that the hav signal boosters

i hav a blue one and my dad has a green one and we race them and it is sooo cool. i would reccomend the palm z to anyone.

I sold mine not long after I did this review, so I can't comment on its longevity. I would expect, though, that most failures are caused by folks charging & flying repeatedly with no cool-down period. I just got the single-wing Nano Hawk this week, though, so maybe I'll keep that one longer.

Yep, which is why it's sold as a strictly indoor plane :)

But the range is short - only 5m according to the instruction manual. This is too short for outdoor flying.
